Response times will vary depending on the complexity of your query and our support load. Making your questions or comments as clear and detailed as possible goes a long way towards speeding up our responses.

Is my phone supported by Telfree Mobile?
We endeavor to support as many handsets as possible. If your mobile handset is not on the list of Compatible Telfree Handsets, it is most likely not supported by our service.
Supported handsets are carefully chosen by Telfree to ensure that you get a high-quality user experience. Some phones are excluded because we cannot provide that user experience given the limitations on the device. While we are always looking into supporting more phones, it is best to get a Telfree-supported mobile phone in order to enjoy our full range of services.
Blackberry, Android, and Brew handsets are currently not supported at all.

Which computer and web browser can I use Telfree Web on?
Because Telfree Web is accessed via your computer Internet browser, you can use virtually any computer operating system to access Telfree.
Windows, Mac and Linux machines are all supported, provided you are using one of the supported web browsers listed here.

How do I download and install Telfree Mobile on my mobile?
Option A: If you have already created a Telfree account, you can log into www.telfree.com and select the option to have an SMS to be sent to your mobile phone so that you can download Telfree Mobile.
Option B: If you haven’t created a Telfree account yet, or if for any reason you have not received a download SMS, you just start the download directly from your mobile phone. Open your mobile phone’s web browser and enter this web address: download.telfree.com
Whether u clicked on the sms or went to the download website directly, the download page will open up and click on the button 'Download' to begin the process.

Because Telfree connects to the Internet, your service provider or mobile operator will charge you for the data used while you are connected to the Internet. Rates vary depending on your local service provider and whether you are using Wi-Fi or 3G. Your service provider could deduct this cost from the prepaid balance you have with them, or include it in the bill they send you monthly, or if you already have an existing data plan you may not required to pay anything in addition. Please check the data rates with your local internet service providers or 3G mobile operator.
Many Wi-Fi public hotspots are freely available in which case you would not face any data costs. Wi-Fi is in general, substantially cheaper than using 3G.
If you are using 3G on your mobile, it is often best to get a data bundle from your mobile operator to minimize the cost of connecting to the internet. You can usually obtain lower data rates by purchasing a monthly data bundle, otherwise you will be subjected to the higher out of bundle data rates.

How do I log in?
You can log into Telfree via Telfree Web or Telfree Mobile using your username, email address or mobile number linked to your username, and the case-sensitive password you created upon registration.
