Telfree on Nokia - Sending & Receiving SMSes

Threaded SMS View

• Scroll to the tabs along the top right-hand side of the screen to get to your SMS page.
• Threaded SMS is very handy because it groups your SMSes according to sender.
• Now you can follow your SMS conversations much more easily than before.

Replying to an SMS

• You can easily reply to SMS inside an SMS thread. Just open up the SMS conversation and select Reply.
• Press “Send” once you’ve finished typing the SMS.
• To send the SMS for free, simply send it via your contact’s Telfree number. If this was the number that he or she registered at Telfree with, the SMS will be free.

Tip: If your contact has multiple numbers linked to their name, the SMS will be sent to the number used for them in the last SMS sent to or received from them, whichever is the most recent.

Composing a new SMS

• To compose a new SMS from scratch, select Options and New Message.
• Press “Send” once you’ve finished typing the SMS.
• To send the SMS for free, simply send it via your contact’s Telfree number. If this was the number that he or she registered at Telfree with, the SMS will be free.

Receiving an SMS

• As soon as an SMS arrives in your Telfree account, the application will inform you that a new SMS as arrived.
• To read it, simply click “Yes”.
